Two Types Of Measure Modes

This thermometer allows you to measure food temperatures by infrared or thermocouple probe.

Infrared Temperature range: -40°C to 280°C

If you need to take surface temperatures on equipment, this thermometer’s infrared mode lets you easily switch over. The infrared thermometer has a range of -40°C to 280°C.

Probe Temperature range: -40°C to 200°C

This thermometer’s probe has a range of -40°C to 200°C.

Folding Probe

This unit includes a long probe that folds down when not in use for convenient storage.

Battery Operated

To facilitate immediate use upon delivery, the thermometer comes ready with the appropriate 2 x AAA Battery.
